The Apartment
The apartment on Zion’s property has provided housing for nearly 30 years, first as temporary housing for families of transplant patients who are awaiting organs or who need to remain in Pittsburgh while recovering and then as housing for refugee and asylum-seeking families. Currently, the apartment is leased to a family as affordable housing.

Community Events
Zion holds indoor and outdoor events throughout the year for members of the congregation and the surrounding communities, such as flea markets, pet blessing services, and Easter egg hunts. See the events calendar for specific events (here) .
We are interested in adding more of these events to the calendar. If you have an idea for a new indoor or outdoor event, please call the church office (412-242-2626).
